What is the return policy?
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re happy to offer a return and refund service, subject to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
- 10 days of receiving your order.
- store credit only.
Please note: Items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty and will not be accepted for return.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Add-on items or promotional freebies
- Any item returned outside of the 10-day window
Exchange Process
We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we will issue a Store Credit refund, which you can use to place a new order.

- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
Wait for our confirmation before sending the item back.
Faulty or Incorrect Item
If you have received the wrong item, or if the item is faulty upon delivery, please reach out to admin@lavigtrading.com with the following:
- Proof of purchase (order number)
- Description of the issue
- Clear supporting images and unboxing videos
Our quality control team will inspect returned items to assess whether they are defective or simply show signs of general use. In cases of manufacturing defects, we may repair or replace the item (subject to availability).
Processing Time
Returns will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the item. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days.
Important Notes:
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval under our Returns Policy.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request at our discretion, even if the above conditions are met.
When will I get my order?
Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 days for us to check and pack your order with care.
Delivery Time Frame
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days for ready-stock items.
Pre-order items will be shipped based on their respective estimated arrival dates, which will be communicated to you.
Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen courier issues or customs clearance processes.

A RM10 flat delivery fee applies for all orders.
